This field is passed to the segment and is used as an identifier. If the
number 1 is passed in, the primary eligibility segment which includes the
eligibility code, long ID, short ID and all other fields of the segment
will be returned. If the number passed in is 2 or greater, the primary
eligibility segment will be returned and each additional eligibility code
pertaining to the patient will be returned in a segment containing the
eligibility code, long ID, and short ID fields only. This field will be
set to 1 if it is not passed.
