EMPLOYER PHONE NUMBER (453)    HL7 FIELD (771.1)

This field contains the phone number of the patient's employer or the
spouse's employer and is depent on the EMPLOYMENT PERSON field.  If
the EMPLOYMENT PERSON is 1, the EMPLOYER PHONE (.3119) field of the
PATIENT file will be returned.  If the EMPLOYMENT PERSON is 2, the
SPOUSE'S EMPLOYMENT PHONE (.258) field of the PATIENT file will be
returned.  The data will be returned in HL7 TN (Telephone Number) format
as follows [(999)999-9999X888].  The optional 'X' portion gives an
extension.
