GUARDIAN TYPE (456)    HL7 FIELD (771.1)

This field will be passed to the segment and is used to return various
PATIENT file nodes based on the GUARDIAN TYPE field.  Table (A) identifies
the various GUARDIAN TYPES and the corresponding DHCP PATIENT file nodes.
