The mailing address of the patient (as found in fields .111-.116 of the
PATIENT file) will be returned in this field. The address will be
returned in standard HL7 AD (Address) format. The street address, other
designation, city, state, and zip code will be returned. HL7 allows for
only 2 lines of the street address. If 3 lines are specified in the
patient address, the second and third lines will be put into the 2nd HL7
component (other designation) and will be separated by a space. Further,
HL7 allows 106 characters for all AD data types, but it is possible that
the DHCP address field could be slightly longer.
