The VA National Center for Health Promotion and Disease Prevention 
      the past
(NCHPDP) and the US Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF):
    * Suggests screening can safely be delayed until 3 years after onset
      of sexual activity or until age 21, whichever comes first
    * Recommends screening at least every 3 years
    * Suggests cervical cancer screening can be stopped after age 65
