This function calculate a new date from the starting point by 280 days. 
It require the starting date to be a specific date.

  ARGUMENT PATTERNS:   .(1"1",1"0")
  DESCRIPTION:   

  This value requires the starting date to be a specific date.
  

• SUBSCRIPT NAME:   OFFSET
  ARGUMENT PATTERNS:   1"-"1.3N
  DESCRIPTION:   

  This is the amount of days to calculate for the new date.
