Treatment Coordinator (MHTC). The Scheduling API this computed
finding uses does not take a date as a parameter so it only returns
the MHTC as of the actual calendar date. Therefore, this computed
finding cannot be used to determine if the patient had an MHTC
sometime in the past.
The default value of the computed finding is the MHTC. The following
