This is the logical link for option DSSO APPL TRANS EXT - ALL which
included in a particular batch is controlled by parameter DSSO APPL TRANS
PER BATCH from the APAT GUI. Since the Description of Item/Services from
the Prosthetic Suspense (#668) file is extracted for each appliance
transaction, the size of one extract record can be around 10K bytes.
pulls all fields from the RECORD OF PROS APPLIANCE/REPAIR (#660) file and
stores them in SQL Server in order to provide all of a patient's 2319
data nationally.
An HL7 OMG^O19 message is created for every extracted appliance
transaction record.
The data is transmitted in batches, and the number of records to be
