DESCRIPTION 
This parameter allows the site to control whether or not Vitals will 
display metric values in the first column or the third column on the 
CPRS coversheet and in the panel at the bottom of the Note on the Notes tab. 
 
If you opt to display metric values in the 1st column, imperial values 
will display in the third. The reverse is also true. If metric values 
stay in the 3rd column, imperial values will display in the first.
