OR CPRS ORDERS WRITE ACCESS (1127)    PARAMETER DEFINITION (8989.51)

This parameter allows a site to control whether or not a user, a division,
not overwrite it.
or the entire system (site) is allowed to write orders by assigning write
privilege by order display groups. This parameter is only evaluated if the
user has access to the Orders tab based on the parameter settings in the
parameter OR CPRS TABS WRITE ACCESS. The parameter also has a package
level but IT should not be set by the site.
 
If the display group parameter is defined at a higher precedence level, 
the value will be passed down to the lower level if a lower level does
