This parameter indicates the number of hours at which scheduled option
If RESCHEDULING FREQUENCY=1D, that equals 24 hours. Set this
parameter to 23 hours.
If RESCHEDULING FREQUENCY=2D, that equals 48 hours. Set this
parameter to 47 hours.
DSSO APPL TRANS EXT - ALL should be stopped. It is used to prevent more
than one scheduled option DSSO APPL TRANS EXT - ALL tasks from running at
the same time to avoid adding duplicate rows to the SQL Server table.
To set this parameter properly, calculate the number of hours in the
RESCHEDULING FREQUENCY of scheduled option DSSO APPL TRANS EXT - ALL,
and set this parameter to one hour less than that number of hours.
