DESCRIPTION 
This RPC serves data to a longlist of selectable TITLES by CLASS.  e.g.,
passing the class PROGRESS NOTES will return active Progress Notes titles
which the current user is authorized to enter notes under.

This is an array of the 44 nearest titles to that indicate by the user in
the direction passed by the longlist component.
