    The input parameter must contain the file, field and IEN to retrieve the
requested informationd. The format of the input parmameter must be

RETURN PARAMETER DESCRIPTION 
Return parameter RESULTS is an array containing the integers used to indicate
a work schedule, ie. 2,3,4,5,6.
