    This parameter contains the Site Parameter IEN, the subfile number, and the
IEN of the Station Subfile being deleted.
RETURN PARAMETER DESCRIPTION 
The return parameter, RESULTS, contains a message indicating whether the
deletion was successful (Record successfully deleted) or was not 
(Deletion did not occur) successful.
