DESCRIPTION	This broker call will either add a new Station subfile to the Site parameter file or will allow for editing an existing Station subfile. If the Station IEN is passed in the INPUT parameter, the record will be edited. If a Station IEN is not passed in the input parameter, a new record will be created.
INPUT PARAMETER	INPUT PARAMETER TYPE: LITERAL MAXIMUM DATA LENGTH: 256 REQUIRED: YES SEQUENCE NUMBER: 1 DESCRIPTION: This parameter (INPUT) contains the required IENs for filing a record. If the Station IEN is passed in the record will be edited, if no Station IEN is present, a new Station subrecord will be created. The format is: SITE IEN^SUBFILE #^STATION IEN DATA PARAMETER TYPE: LITERAL MAXIMUM DATA LENGTH: 256 REQUIRED: YES SEQUENCE NUMBER: 2 DESCRIPTION: This parameter contains the data to be filed in the Station subfile. FORM PARAMETER TYPE: LITERAL MAXIMUM DATA LENGTH: 30 REQUIRED: NO SEQUENCE NUMBER: 3
RETURN PARAMETER DESCRIPTION	This return parameter, RESULTS, contains several messages indicating the status of filing the edits made to the Site Parameter file. These messages include: Missing Record Identifiers, Cannot file Missing Station, Cannot continue Missing Station, cannot file Update Successful Update was not Successful
