Fileman format.

    The stop date of the period to retrieve notifications for the user in
Fileman format.
RETURN PARAMETER DESCRIPTION 
Array of notifications for the user delimited by "^".  Returned data
includes: alert/notification id (XQAID)^alert message^patient id (DFN).
