ROR PATIENT SELECTION RULES (1786)    REMOTE PROCEDURE (8994)

The ROR PATIENT SELECTION RULES remote procedure returns a list of 
selection rules that have caused addition of the patient to the registry.

A negative value of the first "^"-piece of the Results[0] indicates that
  Results[i]            Error Descriptor
                          ^01: Error code
                          ^02: Message
                          ^03: Place of the error
 
Otherwise, number of selection rules is returned in the Results[0] and the
subsequent nodes of the array contain the rules.
