ROR UPDATE COORDINATORS (1789)    REMOTE PROCEDURE (8994)

The ROR UPDATE COORDINATORS remote procedure updates the list of registry 
coordinators that is stored in the COORDINATOR (14) multiple of the ROR 
REGISTRY PARAMETERS file (#798.1).

  PARAMETER TYPE:   LITERAL
  REQUIRED:   YES
  SEQUENCE NUMBER:   1
  DESCRIPTION:   

  The REGIEN parameter should contain a valid registry IEN (IEN of the 
  registry parameters record in the ROR REGISTRY PARAMETERS file #798.1).

  PARAMETER TYPE:   LIST
  REQUIRED:   YES
  SEQUENCE NUMBER:   2
  DESCRIPTION:   

  The RCLST parameter should be an array containing a list of user IENs
          Mult[i] := Coordinators[i-1].IEN;
      end;
  (DUZs). The corresponding users will be designated as the registry
  coordinators.

A negative value of the first "^"-piece of the Results[0] indicates that
  Results[i]            Error Descriptor
                          ^01: Error code

                          ^03: Place of the error
 
Otherwise, zero is returned in the Results[0].

case, the second piece of the Results[0] will contain number of the error
descriptors returned in the subsequent nodes of the Results array:
