DESCRIPTION 
This RPC returns the record number of the class identified by the CLNAME
parameter in the TIU DOCUMENT DEFINITION file (#8925.1).
INPUT PARAMETER

    SEQUENCE NUMBER:   1
    DESCRIPTION:   
    This is the name (ASCII LITERAL) of the Class for which the calling
application needs an IEN.
RETURN PARAMETER DESCRIPTION 
The value returned will be either a positive integer, corresponding to the
record number identifying the class identified by the CLNAME parameter, or
zero, indicating that the Surgery interface is not yet implemented in
TIU.
