Periodic maintenance on the data in the Transmission Queue

RETURN PARAMETER DESCRIPTION |
The value of this parameter is an integer number.
When the value of this number is negative, it indicates an error
condition. Currently, only one error code is defined:
-1: No Location Specified
When the value of this number is greater than or equal to
zero, it represents the number of queue entries that
have been purged.
