This RPC queues up a TaskMan task that calculates the checksums
of all Imaging routines and that e-mails the result to the
central database in Silver Spring.

  DESCRIPTION:   

  The value of this paramater is a string. This string is the
  e-mail address for the mailgroup in MailMan to which the
  message with the checksums is to be sent.
  

The value of this parameter is an integer number.
When the value is 0, the remote procedure was not able to queue
up a TaskMan task.
When the value is greater than 0, the value corresponds to
the internal entry number of the task that was created.
