  DESCRIPTION:   

  This is a list of Study, Series, and SOP UIDs delimited by "`".  The
  UIDs will be used to check if an instance has been filed.
  

The return parameter returns a "0" if an item has been imported. n < 0 followed by an error message is returned if an error has occurred.
A list of entries will be returned.  Each entry returns a success or error
code followed by the UIDs identifying the instance.
