This remote procedure accepts an array of one or more name-value pairs
of FileMan field names and exact match values, and returns a list of
internal entry numbers of matching entries.

An array is returned whose entries are delimited by backtick (`) and
formatted as follows:
p1: < 0 if an exception raised
    = 0 if processing completed successfully
p2: descriptive exception text
p3: internal entry number of matching entry
