associate a result with.

    Record Number of patient in file 2.
RETURN PARAMETER DESCRIPTION 
Returns an array where the zeroeth element will be either:
   TIUY(i)=IFN^CONSULT REQUEST DATE/TIME^CONSULTING SERVICE^PROCEDURE
 
   0           ==>     there are no active or pending consult requests for
                       the patient indicated.
 
   integer >0  ==>     the number of requests returned in GMRCY(i)
