REFUSAL REASONS (#920.5) files.

  Possible values are: 
     "920.4" - Only return entries from IMM CONTRAINDICATION REASONS
               (#920.4)
     "920.5" - Only return entries from IMM REFUSAL REASONS (#920.5)

             option).
