This RPC will evaluate boilerplate passed in the input array, checking to
see whether any of the embedded objects are inactive, faulty, or
ambiguous.

    This is a local array containg boilerplate text for the template in word
processing subscript format, e.g.:

RETURN PARAMETER DESCRIPTION 
The return array, TIUY will have the following format:

undefined.
