DESCRIPTION 
This RPC links a document with an image. It will support a many-to-many
association between documents and images.

    DESCRIPTION:   
    This is the record number (IEN) of the document in the TIU DOCUMENT FILE
(#8925).

    DESCRIPTION:   
    This is the record number (IEN) of the document in the IMAGE FILE (#2005).
RETURN PARAMETER DESCRIPTION 
The return variable is a scalar result. If a link is successfully created, 
it will be the record number of the link in the TIU EXTERNAL LINKAGE FILE 
(#8925.91). If a link cannot be made (e.g., the document and image are 
already linked), the return variable will be a two '^'-piece result, with
zero in the first '^'-piece, and an explanatory message in the second (e.g.,
0^ Document already linked to this image).
