DESCRIPTION 
This returns a report of completion time statistics for a consult
service/grouper for a given set of statuses and date range.
INPUT PARAMETER
  • SERVICE
    PARAMETER TYPE:   LITERAL
    REQUIRED:   NO
    SEQUENCE NUMBER:   1
    DESCRIPTION:   
    The service or grouper to create the list for.  The default if none is
passed is "1" for ALL SERVICES.
  • START DATE
    PARAMETER TYPE:   LITERAL
    MAXIMUM DATA LENGTH:   7
    REQUIRED:   NO
    SEQUENCE NUMBER:   2
    DESCRIPTION:   
    This is the start date range for the report or "ALL" for all dates.  The
default if none is passed is "ALL" and the END DATE will not be used.

    PARAMETER TYPE:   LITERAL
    MAXIMUM DATA LENGTH:   7
    REQUIRED:   NO
    SEQUENCE NUMBER:   3
    DESCRIPTION:   
    This is the ending date range for the report.  Not used if the START DATE
