DESCRIPTION 
This RPC returns HCPCS information from the Prosthetic HCPCS file
    DSSONUM - maximum number of records to return - defaults to 2500 
Output:
    Error Messages:  DSSORET(0)="-1^"_error message or "0^"_error
      message
    Successful Completion:  External and internal formats of HCPCS (#.01),
                            SHORT NAME (#.02), CPT MODIFIER (#.03),
                            INVENTORY FLAG (#10), RENTAL FLAG (#30),
                            STATUS (#3), and NEW HCPC CODE (#1)
                            are returned in this format:

         IEN^.01E^.01I^.02E^.02I^.03E^.03I^10E^10I^30E^30I^3E^3I^1E^1I
inactive HCPCS's may be returned based on the value of an indicator.
If the HCPCS is inactive (STATUS (#3) external value equals "INACTIVE";
internal value = 0), then a message "** inactive HCPCS ** - use HCPCS:  
xxxxx" where xxxxx=NEW HCPC CODE (#1) will be displayed in the dropdown
next to the inactive HCPCS.
