  Successful Completion: Returns file number, IEN, and external format 
Site Parameters file (#669.9 - for Prosthetics PO's only) and/or the PAT 
   of Common Numbering Series in a global array:

Parameters file will always be the first entry followed by any Common
Numbering Series that meet the established criteria.  Detailed PO's will
only have entries from the PAT Number File (442.6) that meet the
established criteria.
