This RPC provides data from the Prosthetics 2529-3 file (#664.1) for the 
OWL Detail screen. 
NOTE:  The patient's masked Social Security Number is also concatenated to
the internal value returned for Patient (file 664.1 field .02).
    The Extended Description (subfile 664.16 field 7) is returned with
word-processing field line numbers rather than "E" (external format) or 
"I" (internal).
