DESCRIPTION 
This RPC returns all Item Master data for the requested Item Master (file 
#441) IEN based on the value of the Fields flag. If the Fields scription
flag is set to 1, only the Description (#.1) field is returned from the
Item Master file (#441).  If the Fields flag is set to "V", only fields
from the VEndor multiple are returned.  For all other values of the Fields
flag, all fields are returned.

    The Fields flag - if equal to 1, only field #.1 - Description - is
returned from the Item Master file (#441); if equal to "V", all fields 
from the Vendor multiple are returned; for any other value, all

For the Description field (#.1), the format is:
   file number ^ IEN ^ field number ^ n ^ description line n
    where n=the word-processing field line number
Successful Completion: 
If the Fieldsiptionis set to 1, only the Description field (#.1)
is returned from the requested Item Master file (#441) record.  If the 
Fields flag is set to "V", all fields from the Vendor multiple are 
returned.  For any other value of the Fieldsiption all fields are
returned from the requested record in the format:.
