DESCRIPTION 
This RPC returns choices for the competitive status/business field 
(#1.1) in the Amount multiple in file 442 subfile 442.1.  All valid codes 
for the PO Date (file 442 field #.1) and Method of Processing (file 442 
field #.02) of the specified purchase order are returned.  If the
message "0^No Competitive Status/Business codes found." is received, 
processing should continue.
