DESCRIPTION 
The purpose of this remote procedure call is to return the transfer 
history for the specified order This is related to the Provider Role Tool 
and the transfer of an order (for future alert purposes) from one 
provider to another.

    This is the internal entry number of the order from the ORDER file (#100)
RETURN PARAMETER DESCRIPTION 
The return value for this RPC will be:
TO is the interal entry number from the NEW PERSON file (#200) of the 
provider being transferred to.
RESULTS(counter) = FROM ^ TO
 
Where counter is just a number wheel from 1 to the number of transfers on 
file for this order.
 
FROM is the internal entry number from the NEW PERSON file (#200) of the
provider being transferred from.
