Return DICOM imaging information from the LAB file (#63).  Image pointers in
Anatomic Pathology (CY, EM or SP) are stored associated with TIU notes.
The TIU EXTERNAL DATA LINK file (^TIU(8925.91)) is used, the same way as
Consults.  The DICOM LAB TEMP LIST file (#2006.5838) is used
for Anatomic Pathology in a similar fashion as the DICOM GMRC 
    | Property of the US Government.                                |
TEMP LIST file (#2006.5839) is used for Consults.
Images can be exported from the TIU EXTERNAL DATA LINK file, the
DICOM LAB TEMP LIST file, and the New SOP Class database.
