DESCRIPTION 
This remote procedure duplicates the functionality of ORWDXC SAVECHK rpc
with the difference being it accepts additional subscript nodes in the
LST array.  In addition to "ORCHECKS" it allows for "ORCOMMENTS" and
"ORREASONS".
