DESCRIPTION 
This RPC compiles initial action, action (other), completion, and 
cancellation notes from the PROSTHETIC SUSPENSE file (#668) for display 
on the LPCI+ report.

          If a result line is longer than 245 characters, it will be cut 
          and continue on the next line. If the first piece of a node is
          $$CONT$$ flag, append the node to the previous line as this is
          the continuation of that data. 
         
          Warning Messages: "0^"_warning message
          If there are no suspense notes, then ^-pieces 3 and 4 will be
          set to "0^No notes associated".
 
   NOTE:  For the OWL, in the Prosthetic GUI and APAT, the cancellation
          note is stored as the COMPLETION note.  In this instance, the
          CANCELLATION DATE is returned since the COMPLETION DATE is not
          populated.
          Successful Completion:  Suspense notes for the requested
            PROSTHETIC SUSPENSE file (#668) record in the format:
          ^-pc 1: File 664 IEN or $$CONT$$ flag
          ^-pc 2: "NOTE"
          ^-pc 3: Date/timestamp (reverse chronological order)
          ^-pc 4: Note # (reverse order; will always be one unless
                  there are duplicate timestamps)
