SDES2 UNDO CHECKIN (5183)    REMOTE PROCEDURE (8994)

This RPC allows the user to remove an appointment check-in 
information given the appointment IEN. It returns the entire
appointment object with an updated EAS tracking number.
 
Can only be invoked by Acheron
