| TEXT | This screen allows you to select a patient to either add, update or Next, select a patient. If there were procedures done within the date range specified a list of those procedures will be displayed. Select an existing procedure, then click the 'Delete' button to remove that procedure. Select an existing procedure, then click the 'Update' button to modify that record. Click the 'Add' button to add a procedure for the selected patient. delete procedures performed. You must first select a Location, then a DSS Unit within that Location. The system defaults to the current date as the Date Range. You can change the date range if desired by entering dates for Procedures From and Procedures Through. |
