Whenever calls are updated to your list, the calls are scheduled for
notification.  Mail uses an email address in the NOIS Specialist file.
 
Since the list is defined with a query, any criteria can be used for your
notification.

You can be automatically notified when calls are edited or the status
changes.
 
To do this, you use a list that you own.
You can specify an event method - mail or alert, and event - edit or
status change.
