You can display others defaults but you can only edit your own.
Supervisors can edit others defaults.
User Defaults
User defaults apply to anyone in the NOIS Specialist file.
The UD action on the hidden menu allows editing prompts, dtime (during a
NOIS session), protocol actions being displayed, default list, list
display, email address, etc.
