The NOIS ISC file could be filled in with names of specialties within
IRMS.
The fields for ISC and Location in the NOIS Field file would have
appropriate text names for specialty and service.
Problems that would require help from an ISC could be put into a mail
message and sent to the appropriate person at the ISC.
Setting Up Local NOIS
NOIS can be used by sites within a medical center.
The Location file would be entered with services (site names would not
need to be deleted).
The NOIS Parameter file would be set for local use.
