This option allows the user to print/display all possible late State Home 
- Procedure Date and Time
- Entered Date and Time
- Entered By (export only)
- Procedure Code
- Volume
- Primary Provider
entries for the selected date range. These are State Home patients that
were entered for previous months that could be included in the ECS Extract
for the time period you have selected. The output includes:
 
- DSS Unit
- Location
- Patient Name
- Last four digits of Patient SSN (full SSN on export)
