This report can be used to confirm the percentage of susceptibility and
counts of organisms. It can also be used as a survey tool, providing more
detailed information to track areas of interest.
A detailed report does not take much longer to process than a non-detailed
report but it does print out many more pages of information.
Detailed Reports
A detailed report can be included in the antibiotic trend report. In
addition to totals of susceptibilities, this report includes information on
each isolate. The patient, antibiotic interpretations, accession,
collection date, a flag if the isolate was merged with a previous isolate,
and the length of stay since the collection date.
