Therefore, if the user wishes to produce Dr. James Doe's PROVIDER list,
and enters DOE,J and the search encounters a patient named DOE,JOHN, it
will ALWAYS return the patient first. Likewise, if the PATIENT LIST
names are prefixed with characters which exactly match Hospital locations,
then the WARD or CLINIC list will always be identified before the
corresponding PATIENT or TEAM list. We therefore recommend that you name
personal PATIENT LISTs by their owner's initials, followed by a number,
