To add an entry to the patient data do the following:
1. Enter the entry number, or range of entries separated by a hypen(-).
E.g. 1 or 1,3 or 1-3 or 2,4-6,8
NOTE: If you append text to, or edit internally bracketed text
of an entry not previously selected, you add it by default.
