The 'List Help Frame' option will print a help frame series, starting
The simplest is text only. Other formats will show internal names of
help frames, keywords and related frames.
at the help frame you specify, and progressing automatically thru
the tree. For example, if you select XMREAD, you will see all help
frames which are descendents of XMREAD.
The listing will include a table of contents, showing page numbers
for each help frame printed.
