Using the screen-based Option Editor (OPED) you may enter a string of variables protected from a call to KILL^XUSCLEAN in the form: VAR1,VAR2, etc. From the opening page of OPED go to "Restrictions" and answer "YES" to edit this field. The variablers are delimited by commas and stored in a field associated with the particular option {^DIC(19,Option IEN,"NOKILL")}.
