      The CPRS Team will no longer send the Mental Health dll in the CPRS 
packaged releases.  
 
To prepare for this change in the CPRS release process, the WebVRAM 
Product will programmatically determine which version of the Mental 
Health dll needs to be launched for a WebVRAM user at any given site. 
 
The Mental Health RPC, YTQ VERSRV, will be added to the WEBG WEBVRAM GUI 
user-context option, which is covered by ICR 7418.
