address the Patient Safety Issue (PSI) #PSPO00003281.
The issue is that an <UNDEFINED> error is occurring while finishing a
pending order in the Inpatient Medications application causing a forced
exit from the Inpatient Order Entry [PSJ OE] option when attempting to
finish UNIT DOSE orders. The order being finished presents as an IV order
and prompts the user to finish as either UD or IV. The user is choosing
to finish as UD.
